New Service at EBMC

EBMC now has a First Contact Physiotherapy Service with the first clinic to accept patients being Monday 13th January 2020. The role of the First Contact Physio Therapist is to assess patients with soft tissue,muscle and joint pain and to decide on the appropriate management pathway. So if you have a new problem that affects your neck, back, bones, joints or muscles please ask reception to book you in to this clinic rather than with a GP.

Awards for EBMC

After our Fracture Liaison Service team recently won The Nursing Times Award for nursing in the community, our long serving Reception Manager Jo Bloor has won an ‘Outstanding Contribution to General Practice’ award at the recent LMC Awards event. Our thanks and congratulations to Jo for her dedicated service and to the FLS team for their outstanding contribution.
